How Our Pricing Works
The cost is based solely on the hanging weight of your specific steer, which means weights can differ. This ensures you only pay for what you receive; a smaller steer results in a lower price, while a larger one will cost more.
Each item is vacuum sealed and rapidly frozen to preserve its freshness, ensuring a shelf life of at least one year or longer when stored in your freezer.
Our pricing covers all care needed for your steer, basic processing and packaging, providing you with a single, all-inclusive price rather than multiple fees from us and the butcher. While certain specialty cuts or packaging by your request may come with an extra charge from the processor, we will always inform you beforehand to ensure transparency.
